Welcome to the Franklin Noon Lions Club
The Franklin Noon Lions Club is proud to be a part of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service organization with over 1.4 million members in more than 200 countries. As local Lions here in Franklin, Wisconsin, we live by the motto “We Serve.” We’ve been passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people in our community since our chapter was established in 1987.
Whether helping someone regain their independence, supporting children and families, or assisting those in need, our club is dedicated to hands-on service and giving back in any way we can.
What We Do In Our Community
We’re more than just a service club—we’re neighbors, friends, and volunteers coming together to improve lives. Here are some of the programs and causes we support locally:
Leader Dog Training Sponsorship
We help fund the training of Leader Dogs for the Blind, providing individuals with vision loss the life-changing gift of greater independence and mobility.
Eyeglass & Hearing Aid Donations
We collect used eyeglasses and hearing aids to be recycled and redistributed to people who otherwise couldn’t afford them—restoring sight and sound to those in need.
Lions Kids Camp (Stevens Point, WI)
We support the Wisconsin Lions Camp, offering children with disabilities a safe and fun summer camp experience where they can build confidence and friendships.
Franklin Little League Challenger Division
We proudly back the Challenger Division, which gives children with physical and developmental challenges the chance to experience the joy of playing baseball in a supportive environment.
Military Honor Flight
We sponsor local veterans to take part in the Honor Flight—a powerful journey to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials that honor their service and sacrifices.
Kids & Klassrooms
We support teachers and classrooms in Franklin with much-needed supplies and resources to help students thrive throughout the school year.
Kids First Glasses
We help children in our community receive their first pair of prescription glasses, making sure that every child has the clear vision they need to succeed in school.
Eagle Scout Projects
We work with local Scouts to support their Eagle Scout projects, fostering leadership, community service, and personal growth among our youth.
Local Food Pantries & Holiday Baskets
We help stock local food pantries and deliver holiday baskets filled with meals and essentials to families in need during the holiday season.
Fleece with the Police
Together with local law enforcement, we make and distribute fleece blankets for veterans—a warm gesture of appreciation for those who served.
Free Reflective Vests for Walkers
Safety matters. That’s why we hand out free reflective vests to community members who walk or run near roadways—helping everyone stay safe and seen.

At the Franklin Noon Lions Club, service is at the heart of everything we do—but it’s also about connection, community, and purpose. Our members come from all walks of life, but we’re united by a common goal: to give back, lift others up, and help make Franklin a better place for everyone.
We meet regularly to plan fundraisers, coordinate volunteer efforts, and support one another in our shared mission of service. From our annual Brat & Hot Dog Sale to organizing donations for local food pantries and sponsoring student scholarships, there’s always something meaningful happening—and always a way for you to get involved.
Joining the Lions means more than volunteering your time. It’s a chance to:
